Amazake & Lime Mini Dessert
Layers of adzuki and traditional rice amazake with fresh lime.
Ingredients
- Fresh lime, sliced
- 50 g Adzuki Amazake
- 50 g Traditional Rice Ama-zake
Method
- Arrange the two amazake varieties in a small glass with sliced lime, following the source photograph. Finish with a little lime juice.
